Octave Apartment

I have had a great experience at Octave. The application process was easy and the management was very helpful. I live in a very spacious studio. Octave is a secure building, which was an important factor for me living alone. It is close to campus (5-minute drive), which is really convenient. I have not had any maintenance problems, but I assume they would be responsive. It is a new facility with a lot of great amenities! It is a little bit on the pricier side, so if you are looking for a place that is more budget-friendly I would look at another place or consider getting a roommate to live here.

Octave Apartments on 8th Ave

This is a very safe property. Key fobs are needed to enter all buildings and all entry points are secure. Pet friendly neighborhood with a pet day care right across the street. Walking distance from great food places and only 7 minute drive from Broadway. Less than 2 miles from Belmont's campus. Parking is included but premier parking can be obtained for an extra price per month.

great place to live if you compare with others complex

the complex is very new, stay about 4 minutes far away from Belmont, all the apartments are equipped. Have an area for study and print.
