Great Location, Meh Management
Royal Arms is located right across from Green Hills mall, so it's in a perfect location. Our 2 bed 2 bath apartment is about 1200 sq feet and has lots of space and natural light. The kitchen could use some updating, but that's to be expected with older properties. Rent is very affordable for the area and the complex is pet friendly with plenty of parking. The biggest point of concern for me is the lack of care on behalf of management. After multiple cars being broken into and stolen, management has done nothing to improve security.

Great Location for an affordable price
Royal Arms is great if you're prioritizing space and affordability. Living in Green Hills is great, there is a variety of retail, restaurants, and entertainment nearby.

Royal Arms
It is a noticeably older apartment. It has thin ceilings and no light fixtures other than the bathroom and hallway. My specific apartment has not been updated, but I believe other units on the property have. Maintenance is quick and management is very responsive. They give a monthly newsletter with recipes and tips, occasional Food Truck Fridays, and they give residents holiday candt. If you have pets, the monthly pet rent is affordable and there's a small dog park.
