Expensive but love it

The apartment is in Franklin, so it’s expected to be more expensive than other areas, rent increased by $100 when it was time to renew too. But it’s pet friendly, the staff is amazing, and the quality overall is the apartment is nice. I also feel extremely safe here and love the surrounding area. Only downside to me is the small washer and dryers.
