Great Apartment and Great Value
Great location in the heart of the UWS. One block from Fairway, 3 blocks from the express subway, 3 blocks from Trader Joes. Apartment is well built. Very quiet/insulated. New finishes. Great extra storage above closet. Wish there was laundry in building.

Great Apartment, Wish We Had Bought
We have been living in our apartment for almost 4 years and we love it! The apartment is well constructed with thick walls, a new kitchen and bathroom, exposed brick walls and a decorative built in. The apartment also has overhead lights, nice hanging light fixtures, and is located on a quiet street. While we sometimes wish we could be further downtown, we have never been able to find an apartment for the same price that is as nice as this one. Plus, the UWS gets better and better every month with lots of downtown restaurants establishing locations uptown.
