Great Location, Classic NYC Apartment with Quirks
Pro's:
- a block away from the 1 train
- 10 minute walk from the 2/3 and A/C
- 10-minute walk to Riverside Park and Central Park (great for dogs & running)
- lots of great takeout restaurants in the neighborhood
- the nicest super I've ever had - very responsive and quick to resolve
- laundry in the basement
- quiet street
Con's
- older, walk-up building with old HVAC
- very good heat but just on/off - have to open window to adjust
- older kitchen/appliances, decent / just not brand new
- not a ton of natural light, depending on your unit/room
