Dirty, DTN is literally Satan
The apartment is fine, price was right at signing and is a little run down but spacious.
DTN is a horrible company and employees are incompetent. Random charges will show up on your rent every month and they won't have any idea why.

General comments on Glenwood Apartments
Generally good: free parking, pool, good soundproofing especially when all windows are closed
Several bad experience: hard to find parking space especially when you go back late, I rented furniture but there is a tear on the cover of sofa armrest
Special attention: there is a railroad by the apartment, thus you can hear the horn of the train but not noisy for me. However when you need to go north for important things, for example drive to school, you need to go out 15min earlier, or you will need to wait for the train.

Glenwood Apartments
The apartment complex’s location is great and due to its proximity to the vet and med schools, most tenants are graduate students. It is quiet and everyone near is nice. The price is a little steep because if the location relative to the amenities offered.

Overall, good!
Honestly, I like my apartment overall and it is a good space and is close by to school. It isn't the fanciest and the appliances are definitely older, but I also chose the cheaper, non-renovated one. I will say that I had a lot of maintenance requests, which was frustrating, but they handled them all well and quickly. I haven't been able to use any of the facilities like the pool and gym because of COVID so I am not sure how they are. Overall, good apartment for what you are paying for.

Good place to live
Its a good apartment for the most part. Clean, huge closets, maintaince staff are excellent. Sometimes the management office is not consistent with questions between workers but it's not too bad. Parking can be tough by your building but there's always parking in the back. You would want a building near the driveway otherwise you're carrying your stuff a distance. I prefer houses because I don't like walking up a ton of stairs for groceries or having lots of neighbors. However, I signed this lease in May, its a good price, it's near other popular housing places, and its right near the clinical center. Its been overall positive.

would live here again
I've been here for undergrad and med school. Very nice place. close to the med school and has everything you need. only annoying thing is that you have to park in the very back when everyone is here and the trash is way in the back. other than that everything has been very nice.

Great place to live at MSU!
I've lived here for just a couple months, and have already renewed my lease for a 2nd year. Tons to like about the apartment. Nice upgraded amenities (new counters, new carpet, new fixtures). Responsive, friendly management. The location is hard to pass up. There is a dedicated bus stop right in front of the complex that goes to MSU. The only negatives are that parking is pretty much always full so you will likely have to park in the back and walk to your building if you're getting home late. Also, I noticed some noise from my downstairs neighbors when they are talking loud or shutting cabinets. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Oh - and Gas/Heat is included in your rent, so no worries about high heating bills in the winter :)
