My Experience has been bad
Management isn't necessarily bad but it was not good either. Location is excellent but they have a crazy upcharge for parking and currently don't offer any amenities. While they are planning to re-haul many things in time for 22-23, I would make sure to see whatever unit you are applying for in person or see a video for your specific unit.

There is paid covered and uncovered parking but it's at a first come first serve basis, only about 8 spots, so even if you wanted to pay for it you might have to park on the street which can get bad.
Management is bad.
Walls are thin.
I had to write an email to the entire board of directors of the entire property management company to address some of my problems.
