Wymount Terrace

Wymount is great if you just want a cheap place to live. It's really close to BYU campus, parking is never a problem, and the fact that it's off the main road gives it some noise protection. One of the big dealbreakers for people about Wymount is that the apartments don't have an air conditioner or a dishwasher. Also, laundry is done in a separate building about 100 feet from the apartments themselves.

I like the location and most of the apartment, I wish it had more storage and air conditioning

It's a great little community with nice landscaping and clean, well-maintained apartments. I live in North Wymount and I would highly recommend it if you get the choice (it's newer).

The location is convenient for BYU students.

North Wymount Terrace is great. South Wymount Terrace is older. Our apartment in North Wymount is great and cheap! No washer and dyer, no dishwasher, and no air. We bought an AC unit for $250 from Sam's at the beginning of out first summer, and it has worked great. We run our air all day long during the summer and heat all day and night during the winter. Our utility bill is never more than $40 in the summer and $60 in the winter. Housing includes Wifi and BYU TV. Washer and dryers are close, and students get a discount. Free parking including at your apartment and anywhere on campus. Free BYU Gym. Walking distance to the law school.
