Convenient but overly expensive

The apartment complex is small and the amenities are lacking. The apartment itself is good quality, but it has a few issues. The location is the main benefit being a short 15-20 minute commute via bus from the law school. Also being pet-friendly is a help, but owning a non-ESA or service animal is very expensive at this complex. However, the price for the space itself is too expensive. It works for 1L year, but I plan to move once my lease is up.

Comfortable Living

While on the pricier end, the apartments are fairly new, are wired for fiber internet, have central air conditioning, and allow pets.

Great place!

I love this apartment complex! Wish it had a pool, but maintenance is fast and the apartment property managers are great.
