Couple months in and loving it!
Springville is a great city to live in while going to school in Provo. It is quiet and has all the necessities nearby such as groceries, restaurants, a Wal-mart, etc., and the commute to Provo is fast--about a 12-15 minute drive. The apartment is a nice 6-plex and all the units have been completely remodeled in the last 3 years with new carpets, appliances, and paint. The Evans's take really good care of the property, which keeps this place in good condition. There are also washer/dryer hookups in each unit, or a laundromat is only two blocks away. The downside is all you need to sign up for your own utilities with the gas company, the city (for electric, water), and the internet company. Other than that, this apartment has everything a newly-wed couple or couple with one child could need! The walls are well insulated so we rarely are bothered by noise from other units.
