Mountain Views only 2 Mins from the Hospital/Med School
Aboslutely love my condo! Well worth the rent. Great mountains views from every window. My favorite part is the sunroom, which I use as my home office. Covered garage parking in the basement of each building. There's a nice pool open every summer. Only a 2 minute drive from CRMH and the medical school. Perfect for med students or others working in the area. Very quiet neighborhood and always have felt safe here. Highly recommend!

Sotheby Square
I have a very comfortable experience at Sotheby Square. The property is very meticulously maintained, and it is in a great location, close to towers kroger, earth fare, and sweet donkey. It is a 4-6 minute drive to the school or the hospital. There is access to a pool and grill area which is well maintained. Importantly, there is an indoor garage which makes a difference in the snow. I live with 1 roommate and we have tandem parking.
The main drawback is that it a relatively high cost of living. We own the unit but still have to pay a monthly condo fee of over 200. Typically renting here is over 600. That money does go to the maintenance, which is very well done. But other than the indoor garage, and nice pool/grill area, it's a bit hard to justify it's steeper price.
Most of the people who live here are post retirement age. I have only had pleasant and friendly interactions with the neighbors. It's actually a little too friendly for me since I don't always appreciate being stopped in the hallway for conversation, but if you like a strong sense of community where you live it could be a plus.
Finally, there is an organized membership board who meets regularly in a town hall style fashion. I've been asked several times to attend these meetings although I have gotten away with not ever attending. If you have had problem with NIMBY culture, this will be a negative for you, as they have proposed things such as an "age requirement" (x% of units need to have someone over 65), or banning renting in the interest of "preserving property value". Overall, this has had a very minimal impact on my stay here however, as I tend to just keep to myself.
