Foundry
Excellent amenities, however, the staff is troublesome to deal with as they seem to be unorganized and slow to get things moving. Had trouble contacting them over the phone and the management company has staff that appears to be lacking adequate information about the property. Working with the staff onsite for a tour was pleasant and recommended. Buildings are brand new and clean.

Great
I love the location and view of campus and my apartment size!

The Foundry Is The Place To Be
The Foundry has everything you need. It has newly built units. It has every amenity you can think of. Its location is extremely close to campus, especially the business the school and the football stadium. It is one of the safest areas near campus. There is no where I would rather have lived.

Apartment is nice and new but the staff is overworked and slow to respond.

Pretty good for being near a college campus
For an apartment next to a college campus, it is nicer, quieter and cleaner than expected. There is noise occasionally but nothing too distracting or at late hours. There are some undergraduate students in the complex but its primarily graduate students. It is 5 minutes from Mendoza College and near a handful of bars and restaurants.

Just what I need
Great size, great location, great price...only knock is management but you rarely have to deal with them.

Foundry Studio
Small, but everything you need if you are a single graduate student.
Positive: Leasing agents are kind, proximity to campus, local shops and restaurants, walkability is great, feels safe
Negatives: Thinner walls, street parking is extra, more expensive than other options

Awesome location
Love living here because of the distance from campus. Maintenance is slow and the leasing office is unprofessional.

Foundry South
The building is clean, and the study rooms are a great amenity for students. Because this is a new building, there are understandably some kinks I'm expecting will be worked out as time goes on. For example, the elevator consistently is out of order, and the power in the building has gone out multiple times, leaving tennants locked out due to fob-entry. Additionally, there is no lobby so deliveries are pretty much a disaster (I've had multiple packages lost with no explanation). Finally, it's curious that the parking security is attentive enough to threaten to tow my car for parking after-hours, but are nowhere to be found when cars are being broken into. Finally, I called the emergency line because my ceiling was leaking and not only is the line unattended, but when I got in touch with someone in the main office it took hours for anyone to help. So, the real perk of this apartment is that it's in a great location, and that it's not a visible dump.

Great location and solid choice
The Foundry (especially North) has by far the best location in terms of off campus housing. It is a 4 minute walk to campus and the stores and restaurants give the street a city vibe.
