I want to commend the management team for their excellent support! While I've noticed some noise from neighbors, I appreciate how quickly and effectively the security and management have addressed the situation. It truly makes a difference in my living experience. I

Leasing is unnecessarily difficult, but once you get past it, it’s worth it
Really enjoyed living at the chestnut. The amenities are amazing and it’s such a close walk to Wharton. It’s pricier than other options nearby, but in my opinion, it’s worth it. The rooms are well laid out and all of the kitchens are modern. You get a lot of light at all times of the year through the floor-to-ceiling windows. I never had to worry about anything breaking in my apartment since it’s a newer building. It’s pretty quiet and safe, and I never lose packages living here.
The concierge is really nice but the management company is unnecessarily difficult. They take long to respond to lease inquiries and don’t really care about making the experience easy for you. They are strict about move-in (reserving the freight elevator for only one hour, which can be challenging when you’re getting furniture delivered by a third party) and don’t allow deliveries to your door, which can be inconvenient. The trash chute is also frequently backed up on the weekends (but that’s less of a problem the higher up your floor is).
