Older Building, but Living Here is Great and Easy
My only complaints for the apartment is that it is an older building. The floors, furniture, and walls show the age. However, with the pros of the building far outweigh these for me. The rent is low, and utilities are included. It is right next to campus, allowing easy trips to and from school every day. Finally, the apartment is quiet and feels safe.

This apartment is acceptable
Clean, Spartan dwelling. Water pressure is above average. Had a issue with the drain in my sink &

Absolutely Loved It
Being an international student, I absolutely loved this place.
I love being able to cook my own meals here. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful with microwave, oven, dishwasher all built in. Also every apartment has a washing machine

La Aldea Graduate Housing
La Aldea is on-campus housing that is meant to be exclusively for grad students. It's a very social setting and is a great way to meet people.

You get what you pay for
Basic, clean apartment living. You can find cheaper, but there will 9.5/10 odds be horrific trade-offs. Best you can do in this city for a 1br/1ba (with utilities) that isn't in a sketchy neighborhood is probably $850, and you're not on campus. Here, the convenience of living on campus is unbeatable. Also, work orders are filled same day, in some cases same hour. Responsive management.

La Aldea Review
Difficult to connect with roommates given that it was randomly assigned. However, the price is reasonable for all utilities included. Make sure to get Tyndall garage permit if you have a car. I was too late and got a farther away garage. Room is small but nice to have personal bathroom. Works well for the purposes of being a student.
