Arbors Harbor Town

Quiet, the gym lacks some equipment. Decently close to UTHSC - 10 minute drive. Kind of far from any grocery store

I visited Memphis for the first time 6 months before the start of medical school at UTHSC. I looked at apartments in Midtown, downtown, and Mud Island. I was immediately drawn to the environment in Mud Island, particularly Harbortown with the restaurants, gym, and Cordelias all within a small radius. Phase 1 (Harbortown) of Arbors Harbor Town was an excellent place to live alone. Excellent walking paths completely surrounding the area. Very short drive to campus for classes and mandatory attendance events. 2 pools were well taken care of and used frequently. Free parking with no vehicle break-ins during my time there. Leasing office management was professional and kind. It was relatively on the expensive end of the spectrum compared to other apartment complexes on Mud Island, but I found the cost to be worth it due to the greater quality that Arbors Harbor Town offers.

Excellent place to live

The apartment has been great, I have never had an issue with noise and maintenance has been quick to address all my issues.

I stayed at a house in midtown before moving here and the difference in management is night. And. Day. They are so responsive and take great care of residents! It would be less pricey with roommates but IMO definitely worth the money! Usually maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours, staff is very communicative, and I never have to wait long to get in contact with admin should I need to. Neighbors are all pretty quiet and very friendly. Great place to live.

Very safe and spacious apartment. Great management. Amenity center is great with pool, tennis, pickleball, and gym.

I love living on the island, and Arbors Harbor Town is right in the middle! It is a close walk to the main market place, plus has newly done pickleball and tennis courts, grills, a gym area, and two pools.

The management is not the best at communication and there is often an insect issue prevalent, which they informed me there was nothing they could do to resolve.

I love the location of harbor town because of how easy it is to get outide. There are not a ton of resaurants, but Cordelia's grocery store is really amazing to have when you are stressed before the exam. It feels very safe and there are a ton of other students on the island too, which I love.
