Quiet Community
Even though the property is located off of a busy road it is still pretty quiet here. We are near everything. The staff has been very helpful with all of my needs.

Pretty great!
I love living here, there have been no issues, maintenance is quick, office is nice and friendly, safe location. There is traffic in the morning as it’s by a school. My unit has a lack of lighting inside so lamps are a must!

Pretty Good
Quiet, clean complex. Not a horrible drive to school, but traffic can get bad. I am horribly overpaying for a 1 bedroom though.

Probably wouldn't reccomend
I have had an interesting time at this location. I believe it has its perks, but ultimately they do not outweigh the cons. The apartment is nice, if it is not infested with mold when you get there. The maintenance department men are kind, but severely understaffed and sometimes it takes weeks for them to get to your service request.
Just a side note that is kind of annoying to me, the washer/dryer is a combo, 1 machine that does both. I have to hang dry all of my clothing, etc.
The pools are nice, when they're open.
The hot tub is broken, and it looks like they are not making any effort to fix it, but you can go sit in hot water if that's your jam.
Parking is normal parking, no garages.
Gnats are kinda rough.
Neighbors are friendly though.
Not a lot of sunlight, two windows in the whole apartment depending on which unit you are placed in.
Close to many restaurants, and coffee shops.

Average
Overall I enjoy living here. I have no complaints. I wish the kitchen was a little bigger and the gym was better. It would also be nice if the rooms had their own lights and fans installed. Also I wish that the kitchen sink had a garbage disposal.

Staff sucks, place was dirty, safe
Staff seems nice at first but when we moved in there were a lot of problems. Plumbing was backed up, fan in furnace was broken, place was dirty, outlets were loose, washer/dryer combo unit would not dry the clothes. The staff clearly did not want to deal with our issues. They only fixed half of the outlets, fan was fixed. They told us the clothes were supposed to come out wet… i explained to them how to fix - they basically told me I was dumb and did not fix it. I fixed it myself and works good now. There are also cockroaches all over and you have to ASK for weekly bug control. Also, I hear everything the upstairs neighbor does in the middle of the night very clearly. So, overall the maintenance and staff sucks. Otherwise, If you get past the staff and get the major stuff fixed, the place is safe in Cedar Bluff. A little pricey compared to what I am used to but Knoxville is expensive.

okay property
Okay experience so far. Could stand to be updated. Feel as if I’m harshly overpaying for what I get.

Love it here
I had to move fairly quickly, they were very accommodating. It’s quiet and feels super safe here.
