Overlook at Farragut
I have had a good experience at my current apartment. It is in a quiet area, the neighbors are friendly, and it is gated.

Great place to live!
It is about a 20-25 minute commute to campus which I thought I would hate but I've actually grown to really love it because it's a chance to listen to music or a podcast and not think about law school at all during my drive. My fiance is not in law school and works full time so we didn't want to be surrounded by undergrads or deal with noise or anything like that. We also moved here from out of state and didn't know the Knoxville area very well so we wanted to be sure we were in a good location. It is expensive but is worth it in my opinion. Farragut/Turkey Creek is a great area and the apartments are brand new so with the stress of law school, it's nice to have a great place to come home to. Management is great! They have socials and bring food trucks to the complex so if you're looking to meet people outside of law school there are opportunities for that. We don't have kids but there are kids in the complex that all play together so I'd say its ideal for families as well. The complex is filled with young professionals, families, medical students, and law students. Also, coming from a dog owner of 2 60lb dogs, it is amazing for pets!
