great place to live!
good location in between the medical school and the hospital. In a grea area of town and easily accessible places to eat/things to do that you can walk to. The apartments itself are beautiful - big island and open high ceilings. only downside is there is no gym/pool

Devine District Review
I really enjoy my apartment complex. It is in a great location, has great management, and is in a safe part of town. I will say that it is on the more expensive side and does not have that many amenities. I wish there was a gym and a pool or that water was included in our rent.

Great Location
I love how close my apartment is to the law school and to other parts of Columbia. I drive about 7 minutes to the Pendleton parking garage when coming to school. The Devine street area is very safe, with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. My apartment is in a very residential area so it is safe to walk around. We are also very close to the public library which is a great study spot.

Devine District 1 Bed 1 Bath
I love living here, but it is on the pricy side. It’s very nice and well kept. It’s also a very quiet place to live which is great for law students!

Great place to live!
I love living at Devine District. The apartments feel spacious, and they have been newly renovated. The closet space is amazing, and management is timely in their responses.

General
Quiet, safe location, and clean. Expensive for size of apartment and lacks any amenities (gym, pool, dog park). Also, not really dog friendly as there is no grass nearby. Parking is disappearing with the addition of buildings/businesses

Devine District, 2 bed 2 bath
My roommate and I love our apartment. Rent is about the same as other “luxury” apartments nearby. It may seem more expensive compared to other housing options at first but I think it is worth the price personally. We rent a washer/dryer for $50/month which is in our rent. Water and electricity bills are fairly low. The best part is close proximity to Devine street activities and 10 min or less drive to the hospital/medical school. Great location to get to all areas of Columbia. Staff is super responsive to maintenance requests and other questions. Neighbors are nice and quiet for the most part.
Wish it had a gym or pool. But it does have great rooftop access and access to work areas in the main office building.

Review
I have loved living here! The apartment is clean, the maintenance is so kind and helpful, the location is safe and it is in the center of everything! I've lived here for a year and I have really enjoyed it. My only complaints are there is no gym or amenities other than a rooftop and study area at The House. It is very expensive to live here with nothing addition included like electricity, water, gym, washer/dryer, etc.
