Pretty good
Nice and quiet, shaded neighborhood. Staff is really good about responding to concerns. Have had a few roaches but mainly due to the neighborhood being super wooded. Regardless, they are quick to send someone out to spray. The apartment also has horrible wall colors. It’s gray walls with dark gray trim. Super hard to decorate and when added to the lack of natural light and no overhead lights in the bedrooms, it can feel dark in there.

Good place to live
We have lived here a little over a year now and don't really have any complaints. Management and maintenance always get back to you quickly if you have any issues, they allow pets here (I think the max is 2), and they have a pool and gym that you can use.

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it! It is close to Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, West Town Mall, and much more. There is a Gold's Gym right down the road as well. The location is definitely convenient and it's only an 10-12 minute drive to the Medical Center. It's much cheaper than the other apartments

Mediocre
It is not horrible but it is not great. Some people in our building occationally smoke marijuana and it stinks up our entire apartment, and it did not come furnished or with washer / dryer. My rent is lower than a lot of my classmates but it is a 15-20 minute drive to campus and i have had issues that have caused unnecessary stress.

Copper Pointe Apartment Review
We really like this apartment complex. It is very spacious with wood floor throughout, except for in the bedrooms. There is plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. The only thing I am not fond of is there are no overhead lights in the living room or bedrooms; you have to have floor lamps to plug in for light.
