It is worth it to live closer to campus.

In retrospect, I do wish I had lived closer to campus where most other students live. Additionally, I have had a number of issues with this specific apartment complex, and although it is cheap rent, I wish I had just paid a little more and lived at one of the on campus apartments.

Good enough for 2 yrs of school

It's an apartment. It's fine enough though for 2 yrs of school and close enough that the drive in is simple.

Close but not too close

I've been happy with the apartment. If you've ever rented at a complex before, that's what it is. Walls are thick enough that it's relatively quiet. I didn't want to be too close to campus and this fit right into the distance range I was looking for. Have never felt unsafe in or around the complex.
