I would not recommend

I was a resident for almost 15 years and I moved out last week. The area has been getting worse over the years.
Management will cheat you out of your deposit, your rent will creap up, also, expect fees and other costs.
Balcony is a safety risk, they recently changed the key lock with a code pad; it uses batteries which causes inconveniences..same with the temp control.
The sketchy management is the main problem. Unless you're desperate you should find something better.
