Great apartment!
The management is good, they quickly respond to you for any issues. I like their package room, very convenient. The size of the apartment is good!

Great Location
Irish Row is located across the street and one block further from the ND Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, and Football practice facilities. Being essentially directly against the east side of campus makes it perfect to hit Danny Boy Draft Works on Thursday’s for $4 margaritas, less than a 0.75 mile walk to the football stadium and tailgates on ND football game days, and within 0.80 to 1.5 miles from almost every main building on campus. If you don’t have a mode of transportation (car, electric scooter, moped, etc.), then this is a fantastic place to live for a year or two if you are an incoming specialized masters or MBA candidate.
Apartments come fully furnished as well, so if you are an international student (or even cross-country student), this a huge plus. The only downside is that you need to have a monthly budget of $900.00 to $975.00 per person in a three bedroom/three bathroom setting, so definitely suggest living with a roommate here if you are focused on budget. In addition, my roommates and I had a microwave die on us a week or two ago. We filed a maintenance request and within 24 hours we had a completely new microwave and it was a newer model. Down side to paying rent is that there is a base rent amount that does not include utilities, so just be prepared on a slight fluctuations in your rent throughout the year(s).
Last, but not least, Martin’s (a grocery chain that is very similar to Kroger and Publix) is within walking distance of the apartment. So making grocery store runs for your basic necessities is incredibly easy.
Main Suggestions:
• Live with roommates (being in the same program helps due to similar schedules)
• Consider picking up a part-time job (Danny Boy Draft Works, Taphouse, Dairy Queen, Einstein’s, etc. are almost always consistently hiring throughout the Summer and Fall)
• You don’t need a mode of transportation to live comfortably (just need to be okay with walking through the snow and ice for a few months to campus)
