Reasonably Nice Apartment Close to Campus

For the price, this is pretty good. The property is well-maintained and work orders are addressed super quickly in my experience. The appliances are definitely older, but we have a gas stove, which is nice. There's only one washer and one dryer for the whole building and it costs $3 to do a full load. The neighborhood is nice but it's definitely undergrad-heavy since it's so close to school. The people who live below us, for example, are undergrads and they tend to play video games late while yelling about them with the TV volume up as high as possible, and the walls are not super thick. But it's really close to school (10 minute walk in the fall, 15 minutes in the snow) and a good price overall.
