Spacious Townhouse
Great, spacious townhouse located centrally with only a ~5 min walk to Ross / Michigan Law, ~ 10 min walk to The Yard / 618, and ~15 minute walk to downtown Ann Arbor shops + restaurants + bars. The apartment is spacious, appliances work well (note there is no dishwasher), heat is included in the rent, laundry located in basement is free, parking is only $50 extra. Landlord has been responsive to questions when needed. No pets permitted. I would characterize it as a no-frills apartment, but it is centrally located and has everything I need while on a student budget. I have enjoyed living here overall and highly recommend it!

Cheap, Easy, and Close to Ross/IM Gym
We wanted to live somewhere close to Ross and the IM gym. The fact that we pay so little is a huge plus for us as well. Super comfortable and of a relatively good size for two people.

Amazing location and quiet area
Pros: great location on Central Campus with about a 10 minute walk to downtown Ann Arbor; free laundry on-site; quiet area; friendly landlord
Cons: no dishwasher; some things are a little run down

Close to campus!
Older building, but it's spacious and less than a 5 minute walk to campus

505 Packard Review
Great location and price

Extremely poor landlord experience.
My landlord is unresponsive, passive aggressive, and fails to properly respond to our maintenance issues/ concerns. We have had many issues. While we report them as quickly as possible, it has taken them an inappropriate amount of time to respond. For example, we had a roof leak and they did not replace the ceiling tiles for over three months, despite us continually asking for it to be repaired. Also, our shower barely drained and it took them almost a month and a half to fix it. The landlord is terrible at communicating and will not even inform us if they send someone over to repair something. There no respect for communication or privacy. I came home one day (during the shower drain debacle) to find the contents of my closet removed and thrown on my bed.

Solid Apartment
Affordable 1BR that's a 5 minute walk to Ross

Best apartment location ever!
This is a pretty large apartment (sq ft) and it gets passed down through MBAs. My roommate and I chose it because it's centrally located - down the block from Munger (graduate residences, which you'll be spending a lot of time at), as well as 3 blocks away from Ross. The Bus, Stadium, and Dtwn Ann Arbor aren't too far of a walk either. Our kitchen is brand new and the apt owners will likely put in a new carpet next year. The area is also pretty quiet

Best apt location ever!
Prime real estate - 3 blocks from Ross, 1 block from Munger (graduate residence, you'll be there a LOT), not too far from DTWN Ann Arbor, the area is relatively quiet except maybe on game days. Parking can be included for +$50/month, which is a steal for the area.

It's been fine. Close to school and not incredibly expensive.
