Do not recommend property owner
I do not recommend any property by this company - they are not trustworthy. The maintenance is good but the company lies to you about certain aspects then makes the contract vague so they can say it was meant to be interpreted in a different way.

Good Location, Good Property Manager
I like this location because it's outside of the (loud) undergrad zone but is walkable to Ross. The property management company is very responsive to any items that need fixed.
