Great Area - Building has some quirks
I live right on North State Street about a 15 minute walk from the law school and for my location I think I pay a great price. The building is 100 years old, so there are definitely some quirks to living here like noisy radiators, leaky windows and old pipes but if you're patient and don't mind those things it's a great place to live! I know others who rent different buildings from Oxford who have had really awful experiences, but I've now had two maintenance issues (one for a clogged drain and one for a major leak) and both times were dealt with quickly and the issues were totally resolved.
