Clarity Apartment Review
The location is great. It's about 10 minutes from Volker. It is a block away from the Pig and only a 5 minute drive to Lakeview.
Management is great. They fix your problems immediately. One time they came and took down a wasp nest at 9pm on a Friday night after I told them that I was supper allergic to wasps.
There are two downsides to my apartment. The first one is my upstairs neighbors. They are always yelling and have the TV very loud. It usually doesnt bother me unless I am super stressed about a test. My headphones block them out and if I bang on the ceiling, they quiet down.
The other downside is insulation sucks. During the summer my power bill is around $120 with the thermostat at 77.
