Good Apartment Complex
I live in 4 4-bedroom and 4-bathroom apt, and the landlord only accepts women and graduate students. So, I and my roommates get along well because we have similar lifestyles, and cleanliness, and can communicate.

Gets the job done
You'll learn early on in your MBA career that one way to win is to be a price leader. That describes this place. Fairly run down, but man is it cheap! Just spend your time on campus and then well worth your money.
