Seville at Bellmar
The apartment complex is what you get for it. It is on the cheaper side of rent prices in Dallas and is about 10-15 minutes from campus depending on traffic.
The location is great and the amenities are great. There is always parking. The apartments are updated but the management people aren't the best. The property manager is very nice and will fix everything that breaks quickly once she learns about it. But the people that work in the front office are hourly employees who don't necessarily care about your experience living there. Once you move in, your pretty much on your own. They don't pick up their phones often so if you have a problem it's best to just go into the office. I did move out when my short-term lease was up and they were in the process of hiring new people so it could have gotten better.
For me and my dog, it wasn't the most conducive environment because it was pretty loud and my dog is pretty active, but if you are living by yourself and just want a cheaper place with amenities in a safe place, then it is a perfectly fine place to live.
There was a bus stop right outside the apartment complex and it was right off 75 so everything is a 10-15 minutes drive at most.
