Comfortable
The unit itself is great, albeit dated. Plenty of room, new appliances in kitchen, furnishings are decent, etc. PPM is usually responsive. Main complaints relate to the undergrads living in the other units, who struggle to manage their mail, trash, parking, etc.

This apartment is a really great one-bedroom apartment in a house that is split into five separate apartments. The included furnishings were minimal, and as the apartment is a large one-bedroom, it was great for having people over once it was fully furnished. You can hear neighbors walking about in the apartment above, but rarely can hear them. There is a coin-operated washer/dryer in the unfinished basement, and a small driveway able to fit two cars.
