Good for what you're paying
Basically, you get what you're paying for.
Pros: Rent is cheap, location is good, and you get your own bathroom. I have also had very good experiences with management, who are responsive and supportive.
Cons: This is an older building, and it comes with some of the typical maintenance issues of older buildings, e.g., leaky windows, older appliances/furnishings.

The Commons Studio
The Commons are a great place to live. It is close to restaurants located Downtown and a block away from plenty of bus lines that go to campus. This particular complex has a shared kitchen but a private bathroom and very convenient.
