West Shore
It's small, and it's not a penthouse, but it's cheap and home-y. That's all I really need. It also happens to be about as close to the law school you can get without being rich, so that's nice.

Great location
The studio is located <5 minutes from the law school - you just have to climb up the hill everyday. It is in an older building, so the state of the apartment reflects that. The heating is a little temperamental and you don't have individual control of the heat in your apartment. Otherwise, a fairly spacious studio.

Very friendly and responsive management. Law school is within 5 minutes and price is unbeatable.
