Great location, poor management

The location is great. We have 4 roommates in 3 bedrooms which keeps it affordable. Getting anything from property management (maintenance help, etc.) is really hit or miss - sometimes great and sometimes extremely frustrating. But that is outweighed by the convenient location and newly remodeled apartment.
