Good price for the location
11746 Goshen Ave is an older 9 unit apartment. Since COVID about half the apartments became vacant. It's a good location, within walking distance of Whole Foods and Ralphs and many restaurants along San Vicente and Wilshire. There is a bus that goes straight to UCLA as well. The apartment has 1-2 parking spots per apartment. Street parking was competitive before COVID but now has really cleared up. It's a good option for students looking to live within 10-15 minutes drive of campus (with no traffic) and save money on rent. It's an older building so it can be drafty, especially in the winter, and no A/C; however it is rent controlled. Also the management company responds to maintenance requests quickly.
