Cute, Quiet Neighborhood. Walking Distance to Century City Mall

Love walking around the neighborhood (mostly houses with some apartment buildings). About 10-minute drive to campus, and 15-minute walk to Century City Mall. A lot of families in the neighborhood, and very dog-friendly.
