It's fine for the price
I chose this building for the neighborhood and amenities. I wanted underground parking, a patio, and a pool. It has all three for a reasonable price. The units themselves, and the appliances within, are a bit outdated and mediocre compared to newer buildings. The management is slow to respond or does not respond, and usually you have to happen to find someone in the office to get a response. Maintenance, however, will fix any issues speedily and completely, typically without charge. Compared to the surrounding neighborhood, I feel quite safe and comfortable at Blue. Some units can be loud, but mine is away from noise and quite peaceful. Overall, if you are aware it will not be the best apartment ever with the best management ever, I feel that I am getting a good experience for the price paid.
