Great Housing and Safe Accommodations
The Pacific Apartments are clean, well-maintained, and well-priced. USC does a great job of keeping the graduate apartments looking spotless!

Great place but expensive
The property comes with all the furnishing, but the fact that the apartment is shared among 4 people and there is only 1 bath, makes things difficult. Especially, you get to live with internationals, and if you guys don't share same ideas, it gets really difficult to get along.
