Acceptable
The maintenance team is great but the leasing office is very hard to reach. There are a lot of things that need fixing, and the security is not good which is a concern for downtown residence.

Pro: Good maintenance of building facilities. Good amenities for the price around the area.
Con: Leasing office hard to reach after you sign the lease. There has been construction going on for the entire calendar year.

Great building amenities and location
The apartments are clean and modern, though not the most spacious. The building has great amenities (gym with pelotons, pool/hot tub, common work space areas with free coffee, rooftop deck) and the location is only 5-10 minutes from USC. For being in downtown, the area is pretty good. It's right next to an F45, Orangetheory, and convenient pharmacy. Maintenance is quick to respond if any issues come up, but leasing/the property manager is harder to get ahold of.

Great Property
I love living at g12. It is always super clean, super safe, and close to campus. My apartment is comfortable and whenever I need help or something fixed, they are there to help. There is also an app that helps with deliveries, guests, maintenance, etc.

Nice place, highly recommended!
This is a great community. The administration is very fast solving issues and keeping the community clean and safe. It is located in South Park, close to services (restaurants, drugstores, Whole Foods) and to the metro.

Good price for what you get
Not the most fancy place downtown, but it's nice and comfortable and has the amenities that anyone would want/need. Sometimes the management can be a little slow to respond/unhelpful, but generally haven't run into too many issues.
