Cheap and Big Apt

Pros: cheap rent, big square footage, free parking (parking lot and street), internet included, some units are renovated, relatively quiet, nice neighborhood with a park nearby, 7-10 min drive to LKSOM campus

Cons: management (takes a while to respond but will eventually do things), thin walls, internet is ok (fine for basic things but I did upgrade to my own after a year; better in some apts based on location to internet router)
