46th and Osage - Perfect Area for Grad Students/Professionals/Families
Great private landlord who maintains the properly very nicely and responds quickly to any concerns. The area around 46th and Osage is perfect for grad students who want to be walking distance to Penn, but far enough from campus to be in a quieter area. It's still a very convenient area in terms of walkability, proximity to public transit, and proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. Seems like a great area for families as well.
