Swift Apartments for Grad Students is average

The apartments come with great floorplans that are spacious.
There is a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms (2 bathrooms and 1 shower).

The apartments themselves are a bit rundown. They are close to the bus stop.

Housing in general is quite a diceroll here. Living near the outskirts of the apartments are around very loud workers from 7 AM to Noon. The walls are quite thin as you can hear the murmurs of TVs from the house below and well as even audible talking near the kitchen.
