New facility but poor management
Its a great apartment considering the options in the area, however it is overpriced and management is a nightmare to deal with

Almost perfect with some unignorable flaws
This place seems perfect at first glance, especially when you take a look at the pictures and take your first tour. It is incredibly spacious, the appliances are nice, it includes its own washer and drier, it can have great views, the gym is the best "in-apartment-gym" on the block, amazing restaurants downstairs, plenty of parking, super close to your classmates, and close to school. The only initial, observable downside potentially is how expensive it is, but hey could be worth it if you find a roommate(s) or get a nice 1BR model. However, once you start living here, or even trying to actively apply for a spot here, you notice some GLARING flaws.
The first biggest issue is management is UNREACHABLE. Part of this is because there's so much interest in this apartment, it is the highest quality apartment for the cheapest price in a 4 township radius (Haddonfield, Cherry Hill, Marlton). There's a bunch of apartments as nice as Foster in those areas but they are at least $500-$1000 more per month, so you can imagine how sought after Foster is. That means they're constantly on the phone, which also means you can call them 5 times a day, email them, leave 15 voicemails, but unless they're right in between phone calls, you're best bet is to physically go there to check to see if they have apartments available. That's a HASSLE.
Once you move in though, some previously missed issues start popping up. Their 3D/image models of their rooms are often misleading - showing storage space that doesn't exist, walls that are shorter than what they indicate, layouts that display a curve here or there which don't exist, etc. It's not too big of a deal if you live minimalistically, but if you're living with a significant other, a 1 BR apartment might not be as much space you previously expected. And then there are the pests. We've had 4 ant infestations this year (as we live on the 4th floor) with mold in our bathroom sink. Granted, maintenance is actually really responsive despite unreachable management, so they deal with it quickly.
Lastly, some positives, I've been lucky with some quieter neighbors but the walls aren't TOO thick, so you might still hear them. And the best part is that since management is so busy they won't come check if you actually have pets. From what I've heard, if you don't want to pay the pet fee (cuz it is a MONTHLY, expensive fee *eyeroll*), and you just bring in the pet, no one comes to your apartment ever to double check if you're abiding by their rules. Even when maintenance comes in, they'll forget who you are instantly and not double check with the front office if one tenant out of thousands is allowed to have a pet or not. So definitely easy to take advantage of.
So yea I mentioned a lot of pros, some cons, but this is definitely the NICEST apartment out of all the 4 on White Horse Rd, it's worth sucking up some of the BS to live comfortably, especially since every apartment will have their problems!
