Mountain Run Apartments
The complex has undergone two management changes since my wife and I moved there in 2018. Each change was accompanied by policy changes and renovations, so it is difficult to leave a review that indicates consistent behavior. Overall, the apartment complex is fine. It is older, has no laundry machines in-unit, and can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but that is the worst of it. The apartments are large, management is approachable, policies are fair, and the complex is clean. We took the apartment because it is a five-minute walk to UVU and has a bus stop outside of the complex.
