Flats at Douglas
There was new management when I moved in two years ago, but it has went downhill since then. It is very difficult to get ahold of the offices even for simple questions. My main concerns, however, are with noise and safety. Ive never lived in an apartment complex that has thinner walls and floors/ceilings. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and what music their playing. Although it’s not too bad when the fan and TV are going, it’s not conducive to studying at home. As for safety, someone was recently shot when they attempted to stop another person from breaking into their car. People have been held up here, and as a woman, I would recommend this place to a woman living alone only if her other option was worse.
