Corporate Apartment

I have rented here for over 5 years - use it as my home away from home during the week as I work in BCS but permanent resident is elsewhere. Very quiet complex with mainly grad students. I live in the older set of units but have access to all the newer amenities, if I want to use them. They had some management issues in my early years there, but that has been resolved and current management is very responsive. The maintenance guys are outstanding. No complaints - I have been very happy here. Only suggestion might be a little better upkeep/upgrades on some of the older units (both interior and exterior).

Lake Walk at Tradition 8085 Atlas Pear Drive

There has been a slight issue with roaches but they were dispensed of so I have no serious complaints.

The Best Apartments for Bush school students

The location cannot be beat. The community is older and do not have to worry about disturbances. Very pet friendly and staff is extremely helpful.
