Great Place

The Kenmore is a great place to live. Great price for the area, especially since it's a safe area. I see people walking around all the time late at night.

Good Price, Good Location

No criticism of the apartment. You get what you pay for! I found this to be one of the cheapest apartments around the area.

Nice distance from campus, wonderful staff

This community is quite the catch for a grad student - I live alone with a small pup and have enough space for the two of us in this one bedroom. It's a 10-minute walk to the Friendship Heights station for the shuttle pick-up and is another 5-minute walk from Nebraska Ave, near Politics and Prose and other great restaurants. The neighbors are mostly young professionals or older families with young children, and there are other furry neighbors. With parking spaces available on-site, this is a good value for its location. The staff is the friendliest I've ever experienced in apartment living, and I definitely think I could stay here long term. Initially, there was a small rodent issue, but maintenance was very quick to resolve the issue.

Good price for apartment in DC

Considering utilities are included, splitting the rent with my boyfriend is pretty cost affordable, at least for DC. There is 24/7 concierge Service and maintenance on-site. You have to pay for laundry and parking, and there is no pool or gym. You get what you pay for.

Adequate

The neighborhood is fantastic but Bozutto has its eye on other expansion properties and has let this one fall by the wayside. There was a lot of construction noise and maintenance issues in an old building. Additionally, with transportation curbed by the pandemic it will not be as convenient to travel this far to campus.

Everything is great

I'm staying here to visit some friends, and tour the city. This building is great, I haven't had any issues, I don't have concerns, and I really like staying in the area. I never knew DC had great places like this to stay, that too for something that isn't putting a huge dent into my wallet

It works

The safety and location of the apartment is great. I never worry about walking late at night as a single female and haven't had any issues. It is over all pretty quiet, and they recently became pet friendly. That said, the size, quality and amenities are scarce, especially for the price I am paying for a 400 sq ft studio. They are upgrading though - just got a workstation over the holidays, so hopefully they continue to improve.
