Decent housing at affordable rate

It has been a good experience overall given the amenities and the services provided. The area is peaceful, and if it's not too hot and you like to walk, Wehner is just about a 30 minute walk.
We have open and free access to the gym, printing services, and the coffee bar round the clock, and there is a tennis and pickleball court, a basketball court, and a swimming pool for your athletic needs.
The office staff has some weirdos, but nothing that cannot be ignored.
Also, there's proper fencing on all sides, so it's great from the security standpoint too.

Great experience with good services by the management

As an international student, you are trying to find a cheap place to stay but it shouldn’t be small or shady. The London is the place to be honestly. The London has its own bus stop from where you can basically go to any of the academic buildings. Brookshire Brothers and 7Eleven is located close by and Northgate is barely 10 mins away by car if you want to party.
Room sizes are big with a bathroom for every room. Kitchen has all the amenities with microwave, oven and Gas(coils). There is also a dishwasher.
Big windows in each room for sunlight with a Queen Size Bed, a study table, a closet and an extra cabinet to store smaller items. You also get access to the Gym and free Coffee. Who can say no to Free Coffee?

Fantastic Place to Live!

I've had an amazing experience living at The London. The location is absolutely superb – close to everything I need and with easy access to the best spots in College Station. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing pool area, making it feel like a mini-vacation every day.

So far good, sometimes internet doesn't work

Rooms are spacious and furnished. However, management is very slow in repair and maintenance works

Really cool community, easy access to skool - just a 5 min ride by bus.

The rent is cheap, but the apartments are pretty old and have not been redone. They do come furnished. Utilities have been pretty high, on average between $70/80 a person per month.

The apartment is small and has low quality furniture, but for the price it is affordable and super close to the Bush School.
