Not bad for an apartment
This apartment building is pretty cheap for how nice the finishes are and for the location. The managements is pretty responsive, if perhaps a little to present on the premise for my taste. They are VERY pet friendly and will make liberal exceptions on pet weight limits. The balconies are large, but all of the windows face other tenants, so there isnt tons of privacy. Light pollution is pretty bad too, but that is just a part of being downtown I suppose. Only a 7 minute walk to the law school. You can hear neighbors upstairs, but its overall pretty quiet for this type of building. There are no common spaces that are indoors, so its not a very social building.

A great place to live
I love living at Union! The apartments are really nice, spacious, and modern, and the rent is fairly affordable. The community doesn’t have nearly as many amenities as other local apartment complexes (no pool, gym, etc.) but the apartments are so nice that it pretty much makes up for the lack of amenities. The huge balconies at every apartment are a great plus too. The community is quiet, which makes studying at home a breeze. The location is pretty good. It’s right by a light rail stop and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and ASU’s downtown campus. Management is helpful and responsive as well. Would highly recommend!
