Great place for couples away from undergrads
We love the Tennyson because they are more "adult" places to live where you can have all of your own stuff with lots of space. We have a 2 bed/2 bath/2 floor townhouse. The complex is mainly families and couples, all folks roughly in their mid 20s-40s. There are great restaurants a 30 second walk away, and costco is about a 3 minute drive. They're great with dogs; there are doggy bag stations all over the property and there is a huge field right behind the property where dogs can run and run. It's about a 10 minute drive to campus which I am more than happy to do to distance myself from campus life.
The downsides are mainly with the apartment build itself. The plumbing and electrical aren't the best, but really that just means the water pressure isn't great and when I vacuum I usually end up at the circuit board.

Good Not Great
It's in a nice area and not a far from campus. Parking is limited, and the walls/floors are pretty thin, so you often hear a lot of noises, which can be hard for studying.
