Great Place!
This is probably the nicest apartment I have lived in, likely because it is the newest. it was built in 2016. The maintenance team is great, however it does take them a while to get around to fixing things. Parking is $30 a month for an assigned carport. Rent does not include water, sewage or trash. The gym is nice, there are always non assigned parking spots available. The complex hosts weekly Tap Tuesdays/Wine Wednesdays which is nice. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit and monthly fee.

Complex is a new construction and has spacious floor plans. Very pet friendly, dog park on site. Close to grocery store and bus line.
